Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms govern your use of the “5AI Coin” service (the “Service”) provided by PNA Company Inc. (the “Company”), and set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users.

2. Definitions

  1. “Service” means AI-powered crypto analysis, telegram alerts, dashboards, and subscription features operated by the Company.
  2. “User” means any person who uses the Service under these Terms.
  3. “Subscription” means a recurring paid plan under which the User pays periodic fees to access premium features.

3. Changes to the Terms

  1. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law, with at least 7 days’ notice (30 days for material or unfavorable changes).
  2. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

4. Paid Services

The Company offers subscription-based paid plans. Fees, billing cycles, and benefits are posted on the Subscription page and may be modified from time to time. Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Toss Payments and Stripe.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Users may withdraw from the purchase within 7 days of payment under Article 17 of the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, subject to limitations for digital content that has already been consumed. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

6. Investment Disclaimer

All analyses, signals, and forecasts are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment advice or solicitation. Crypto investments involve significant risk of loss. All investment decisions and their outcomes are the sole responsibility of the User. The Company does not guarantee any specific return.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court having jurisdiction over the Company’s principal office as the court of first instance.
