Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective: 2026-04-18

PNA Company Inc. (“Company”) sets out the following refund and cancellation terms for subscription services pursuant to the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.

1. Right of Withdrawal

  • You may withdraw your purchase within 7 days of payment (or service start, whichever is later).
  • Withdrawal may be restricted if:
    • The digital content has been substantially consumed (e.g. Pro signals received). Unused remainder may still be refundable on a pro-rata basis.
    • The service was damaged or interrupted due to the user’s fault.

2. Refund Schedule

3. How to Request

  1. Email looca312@naver.com with account email, payment date, method, and reason.
  2. We respond within 3 business days and process approved refunds within 5 business days.
  3. Card processor timelines may add additional days.

4. Cancellation vs. Refund

  • Cancellation stops the next auto-renewal; access continues until the current period ends.
  • Refund returns part or all of a paid amount and must be requested separately per this policy.
